Who we are

This website is run by Addumara Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 10240130), with its registered office at 5 Greenwich View Place, London E14 9NN. For anything to do with your personal data, email info@addumara.com.

What we collect and why

We only collect personal data you choose to send us, for example your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write when you email or call us. We use it to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

We don’t sell your data, we don’t use it for marketing without your permission, and we don’t use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

Cookies

The site may set strictly necessary cookies, for example to keep it secure or to remember that you have entered a preview password. These don’t track you and don’t need your consent.

Who we share it with

Our website and email are hosted by service providers who process data on our behalf under contract. We may share data with our accountants or professional advisers where needed, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as they’re useful, and no longer than two years unless we start working together. Client records are kept for as long as UK law requires, typically six years for financial records.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Just email us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
